Municipal Court Services & Information
Municipal Court handles all misdemeanors, traffic offenses, and city ordinance violations occurring within the Tuscumbia city limits.
Municipal Court sessions are held every Wednesday at 3:00 p.m.
Our office hours are Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. until 4:30 p.m.
Municipal Court accepts cash, cashier’s check, money order, and debit/credit cards.
